01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and won55 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 03 Account Registration

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. won55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in cases of a clear system error.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during gameplay, won55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• For sportsbook and live betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the won55 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

08 Account Suspension & Closure

won55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• Identification of fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, won55 reserves the right to withhold all pending withdrawals and forfeit account balances. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, won55 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors beyond won55's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

won55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy matters to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
